Shelby is awesome and let me tell you why...I missed my first appointment with Britney because the day before I had spravato, and I sleep so good & deep after spravato. So because I missed my appointment with Britney, Shelby scheduled me 4 appointments with Britney just in case I missed one. I found it comical in a way and he really had me laughing over the phone. Angela and the scheduling department are all very polite, communicative, and easy to schedule with. Outside of the fact that these appointments are mainly over the phone, and virtual, I would definitely recommend.
I spoke with Shelby today. She was kind and interested in how I was doing with my meds. She sent a refill to CVS and I found her very professional.
