the staff here is very unprofessional! I have called multiple times to request a receipt for my daughters visit for insurance reimbursement purposes and they cannot provide this to me. Is this a legitimate business??? No where on the receipt is my daughters name as the patient nor a CPT code for service provided. The staff is not trained to answer appropriately. Joey was very helpful, pleasant and patient. I have a hard time on the phone due to anxiety and not hearing all that well, but it didn’t seem to bother Joey and he took care of a complicated problem easily.
