Kayla Ginter from the Sun City Center office has helped me so much with my depression. She uses a "soft approach" with her therapy. She asks what's going on in your life and she makes it easy to discuss. She asks questions and listens intently. She doesn't push medications and only prescribes them if both of you think it's warranted. She always includes you in the plan of action. I highly recommend her, especially if you've been to other therapists and they haven't helped you.
