This company is worthless. They do not return phone calls
I am renting a house through APM, and I must say that my experience was absolutely amazing. I moved here from another state, only did a video tour and I was pleasantly surprised at move in. Unfortunately this company is absorbing the small mom and pop shop my rental was a part of. They cherry picked all the good properties and left all the other owners high and dry. So sleezy . Also, every time I call their voice mail boxes are full and they take forever to respond. Certainly not the company I would choose.
