Awful. My previous pcp retired so I was automatically shifted to the current system. Why a small office had to outsource their scheduling to a third party I don’t know. Communication is terrible. I had a telehealth appointment scheduled and then never received the call. When I confronted the scheduling department they couldn’t give me a straight answer.
