Having a problem with my generator my contracted maintenance company did not respond to my inquiry. I contacted Advanced and my situation was addressed that day. Don had one of his technicians respond and my problem was discovered. Don followed up with me to discuss my options. After a decision was made Don kept following up with me and answered all of my questions. On the coldest day of the year Don's crew arrived and installed my new generator. Advanced Power very quickly responded to our call for help with a malfunctioning pool pump. They diagnosed the problem and serviced the pump all in the same trip. We have also used Advanced Power to complete our home house generator work, electrical panel change over, and some other electrical work around the house including fans, lights, and cable wiring. All work was completed in an expert fashion and as quoted. We were very happy with the team that completed the job and look forward to using them in the future.
