Be aware of this place Brought in my month old chain saw for a warranty repair They fixed the saw and charged me for the repair claiming factory denied since they claimed I broke machine on purpose Went to a different dealer who contact the factory and got my money back in 2 days Factory said claim was never submitted by them in the first place
I’ve never had anything but great encounters. I buy and service all my equipment there without any issue. I highly recommend this shop. It’s a great family owned store with a great atmosphere
If you can get someone to answer the phone, which should have been our first clue of poor service, probably not the best place to take your equipment. Trying to be proactive, my husband dropped blowers off well before leaf season was to start, in hopes of having them tuned up and serviced. No diagnostic was needed. Two weeks later, after multiple calls and many promises, I picked up the unserviced leaf blower‘s today. If I could have given no stars, I would have.
I dropped off a chainsaw for repair. After 2 weeks no word so I called them. 2-3 days and it would be done I was told. 2 further weeks later I called and it had been done but the paperwork had not been completed so I had not been called. When I came to collect, they tried to charge me despite it being under warranty. No apology any time and disaappointing service.
I recently purchased a Husqvarna weed-eater from this store. It was my fourth purchase from Advanced Power and I have had zero problems with any of the equipment over the past 5 years. The staff was extremely helpful and even remembered me and my kids when we came in. I will 100% be bringing my mower here for a tuneup soon!
I have done business with this company and its predecessor, Town and Country for about 15 years. They have been very responsive and done quality work for me each and every year.
We dropped our mower off and they had it for 6 weeks. No phone calls with updates. Nothing. We were told they were using a new parts company and the delivery was delayed. We had to pay someone to cut our lawn three times. Costing us a total of $150. Then our bill came to $200 after waiting six weeks. I had asked if they could deliver the mower and they said yes. And they charged us. You would think they would want to be kind and throw in delivery. But no. I have heard from other people that this place has been over charging ... read more
After dropping my leaf blower off for the second time and being told by the associate Chris Gordon that the machine started fine, kill switch runs fine, test run good....when my husband went to try it AGAIN and I have a video to prove it, the leaf blower did not turn on!!!!! We dropped the leaf blower off on 7/1/17 for the second time and never heard back from them. Every time we called they told us they were busy and would get to it in a week. BEWARE of this company!!!
