Your integrity is reflected in how you act when you think you are unobserved. Well, you were observed, and nobody cares to do business with you anymore.
Plumbing is plumbing; you have a set of plans that are signed and any half decent plumber will get you handled. This company is helmed by a psychopath who is extremely lazy, and will pull a loaded gun on you for no reason. Avoid at all costs. Find yourself a reputable plumber who is willing to put the work in.

So I hired Rooter & Plumbing thinking I’d get my toilet unclogged. Instead, I got a grown man in tactical Oakleys threatening my husband in a parking lot because—gasp—he asked him to return his cart to the little metal cart jail. Like sorry, didn’t realize that was a federal offense punishable by brandishing a weapon just for a “boop-boop skiddly-woop” chant. Mike didn’t fix a single pipe.
