Ryan installed my water heater. He did an excellent job. Any installation is about the workmanship and his is top notch.
Fast service - were able to fix my sump issue at a lower cost than I was quoted
Plumber did not tell me that what I wanted was not what he was going to do until it was too late. Replaced copper tap in basement with cheap metal. Spigot broke right off. Installed new Delta faucet in kitchen, and it has leaked ever since. Bad communication and shoddy work.

From the time of my initial communication with the receptionist to the work of Eric the plumber everything was performed professionally. A week later I received a call from them asking if everything was still ok and if we had any further issues don’t hesitate to call. That clinched it.
