Always there when you need them. Hot water tank went bad and they had a new one put in the very next day.
I have used Advanced Plumbing and Heating for decades. Recently, when you call, they never answer the phone. I attempted several different times of day, and different days of the week and no one ever answers. I left a message over a month ago and they never called back. I left a message about once a week for a month, and they never call back. I have been a great fast paying customer for decades, yet they do no respect their returning customers.
