First appointment cancelled as he was “behind” on other jobs… Sounds like a plumber that we see in adult movies. Then tried cancelling the rescheduled appointment but did find the time to come to my house (which I was grateful for at the time). At first, I had a clogged line. He attempted to snake it out but that was no good. The pipe connections I had were old, so we agreed on replacing those with an agreed upon quote (including the snake).
