Office manager/angry hag took an attitude after I'd called multiple times to schedule someone to come out to my home to remedy the issue of water settling in my dishwasher from bad plumbing work. In response to the complaint, ANDREA M****<, IF, a person lived in a home for almost a year, and they call stating the dishwasher is not draining properly, We have policy and procedure to inform our customers up front "that if its a stoppage, there will be a charge."
