A year ago I had a tub installed by Advanced Plumbing Company. I had noticed that the floor of the tub had spider cracks in it, so I called my landlord who paid for the installation to let him know what I had found. His wife contacted the plumbing company, and they had John come look at it. He saw exactly what I had seen and right away he said they didn’t do the install. Great work on my plumbing
I called them up about getting a slab leak to be repaired and the response I got was --- Them: Is it on a slab? Me: Yes. Them: OK, because we don't do slab leak repairs. When I tried to point out that their website says otherwise I got hung up on.
