I was anticipating a lot of pain and suffering. After the first session at Advanced Physical Therapy Matt gave me exercises and I was amazed at how quickly the strength came back and the pain diminished. They are terrific and I recommend them to everyone. I had some delay in beginning PT but you would never know by the results. They are AMAZING!
