RecommendedThe whole team is amazing I would recommend them to anyone! Anytime! The way they have all worked together to helped my son recover was truly beyond mine and the doctors expectations and on top of it all they gave my son his confadence back!! I feel like family everytime I walk in!! If you need physical therapy you won't find any place better or anyone you can trust more with your recovery or the recovery of your loved ones
A girl I work with just told us Alex Long sent her both a dick pic and a video of himself masturbating after her last appointment. Then she mentioned how she hates getting "stretched out" because he lays on top of her. We had to tell her that's not normal. AVOID THIS GUY AT ALL COSTS
The therapist here are all kind and respectful. The secretary is the best ... she’s the sweetest. I recommend anyone to try this place . I thank Alex Davis for getting my knee back where I can use it again ..
Knowledgable therapists that get great results!
3 people in my family have rehabbed at Advanced Physical Therapy in Fayetteville, AR. Matt and Travis took very good care of all of us and treated us like family. They helped my soccer player get ready for college and my volleyball player get ready to get back into the game for her high school season. I will always recommend them for all future athletes who get injured.

This is the best place to go when you need any kind of physical therapy They are all very knowledgeable and very caring. I can’t promise you won’t hurt,but that is just part of the healing 😊 Just give them a try and you won’t want to go any where else Then you can come to the WMart Pharmacy next to it and get some Tylenol for the pain 😊😊
I have had nothing but good experiences here and i have seen both PT’s and the PTA. They are all awesome and got me to where i could bear life again and be functional.
