If we could give 6 stars, I would. From my first call with Lisa to Jose leaving after completing the job, I have rarely felt myself in the hands of such competence. We were dealing with a yellowjacket infestation in the exterior wall of our children's room and were desperate. Terrible experience. I signed up for mice removal and after 3 months of “monthly service” I still have mice. The technician only sprayed and set traps in the kitchen and 1/2 bathroom, never checked for nests or entry points anywhere else in the house, and kept writing my living room was “too cluttered” (it has normal family furniture!). Instead of asking me to move anything, he called the office to complain. The company admitted their techs don’t move furniture.
