Paid 850.00 for bed bug treatments last November with a guarantee they would come back and continue treatments until the issue was resolved. When I started they claimed it would not take more than 3 additional treatments. 7 treatments later I still have bed bugs and they refuse to continue trying. Absolute garbage company. EDIT: After speaking with them a bit they determined they would come back and try again. The owner himself came and did a tremendous, thorough job. Very grateful for this change of heart. Thank you.
If I was to judge Advanced on a scale of 1-5, I would give them a 6! From the beginning when I initially called the office, the receptionist Jaynie was so helpful and quick to respond to my rodent problem right away. The same day the service technicians, Jon & David, came out. Jon was so courteous and professional in explaining the problem and the best solution to take care of it.
