I initially went to Dr. Levy for a second opinion and very happy I did because I decided to go to him vs. the other periodontist. As a plus, he is on my insurance plan. He was very gentle when performing surgery and asked me how I was doing during the procedure and it was painless. He gave me detailed instructions, both verbally and written, and followed up with me that evening and readily responded to me when I sent him a few texts over the week following my surgery. The periodontal care is excellent, everything explained well, appointments on time, insurance details all handled ahead. Great staff!
First visit!! Great place so far.. working towards an amazing smile🫶. The doctor seemed knowledgeable and answered my questions thoroughly. Update: I have been a client of this office for a few months now. So far so good. I am also working with an Orthodontist and am still going to see my regular dentist for cleanings and exams. I still feel the same as my first visit. Customer service has been fantastic. I will refer this company to anyone.
This was my first visit and I was extremely impressed with Dr. Levy and his assistant Jackie. He was very gentle and explained the procedure that would be needed and why it was needed. He was very responsive to my questions and my neediness (I don't like dental work:)). He was on time and very efficient! I would highly recommend his practice!
