Words can hardly express how kind, caring and professional Dr. Recker and his team are. I have avoided dental care most of my life (I'm 61) because of the severe anxiety it causes me and therefor needed root scaling and planing. I was made very comfortable, given the best of care, the procedure went extremely well and Dr. Recker himself called me the following day to see how I was doing. I highly recommend them and their excellent customer care and service!
I was seen by my dentist and refereed for a tooth abscess and gum infection. Was prescribed antibiotics and referred to Advanced Periodontics & Implants. 3 days later I was contacted by Advanced Periodontics and their first appointment was 5 weeks out. Since that time, I was seen in the ER, placed on another course of antibiotics, had the abscessed tooth extracted and bone graft placed at Mayo Clinic. I wonder what would have happened if I had waited for my scheduled appointment the late March!!!
Dr. Recker and his staff go above and beyond for their patients. Their service after the procedure was phenomenal.
I have horrendous dental anxiety and have been putting off getting a dental implant for years. I have to say that this was one of the best experiences I've ever had at any Dental facility. The staff is so compassionate and nonjudgmental. They put me to sleep during the procedure and I had very little discomfort post procedure. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Wrecker if you need a dental implant and you have anxiety, he is wonderful!
