Horrible experience. I had an appointment at 1:45 so I Decided to arrive at 1:30 . Unfortunately there was no Greeting, just a paper with a pen to sign in. Where is the hospitality now ? Zero Customer service. I told her we have an appointment she says”well you’re going to have to wait” so I waited to see a nurse after 1 hour she says “why are you here”? I had a bad experience. First time here and waited about 3hrs to get out the door. My baby was sick doctor sobogal suspected that she had rsv but when they tested twice they let me know that they’re machine is faulty and isn’t working. They sent me home and a day later they called to check on me I told the receptionist that baby was worse, she said let me call you back after I speak with the doctor. There was no call back !!! I have to leave on the review after today’s appointment with my kid. My son was having we are breathing and a croup cough. My son is too. Dr Sabogal did not let me leave without my child until my child was stable. He even gave me a number where I could contact him if anything happens to Him he was very, very helpful and so was the other nurse who was helping I truly appreciate this clinic and I always recommend them! Muchas gracias Doctor por todo!
