So I came for my daughter’s appointment at 1:15 PM, and we didn’t leave until 3:20 PM. My daughter has been seeing this doctor since she was born, and over the years the care has always been great and very attentive. I’ve never experienced anything like this before. I had a bad experience. First time here and waited about 3hrs to get out the door. My baby was sick doctor sobogal suspected that she had rsv but when they tested twice they let me know that they’re machine is faulty and isn’t working. They sent me home and a day later they called to check on me I told the receptionist that baby was worse, she said let me call you back after I speak with the doctor. There was no call back !!! This office deserves less than 1 star. The receptionists have a horrible snarky attitude every time I have gone in here. They are not helpful and are very unclear about what they need the patient to do, on top of that, the Doctor lied about what he told me on the phone. They never go by appointments either, horrible office and very unprofessional do not come here.
Excelente atención. El doctor es muy profesional, atento y explica todo con paciencia y claridad. El personal es amable y el lugar es limpio y organizado. Me sentí muy cómoda y bien atendida. ¡Lo recomiendo totalmente! 😊
