I'd leave a zero if I could! I had a severe reaction to a new medication Dr Velazquez prescribed. I left multiple messages over several days and if it weren't for my GP I would have gone to emergency. THEN they call back after 4 and a half days and have the medication (my old one that I was perfectly happy with) and said they understand i had a reaction to my old med. I've been a patient of Dr. Velasquez for a few years now for low back and sciatic issues. Initially it was to relieve pain through injection. Then there were options of surgically adding a port to distribute pain meds OR burn the nerve endings in the lumbar area. I opted for burning the nerve endings aka radio frequency oblation.
