My normal Doctor, Dr. Patel, is amazing. Unfortunately he's on vacation so I was under the care of Dr. Cook for my most recent RF procedure. Not only did she have terrible bed side manner, she refused to follow Dr. Patel's standard post procedure plan. I am now being told to directly violate my pain contract by Dr. Cook as she has instructed me to take more than what I am prescribed (to ease post procedure pain) of a pain medication that is only supposed to be used for migraines. Never had a bad experience here. Dr. Patel is compassionate, intelligent & interactive. The staff both in the office & in the surgical center are thoughtful and knowledgeable. I have recommended family & friends here. I've had 3 office appointments & my 5th procedure is scheduled for next week. So happy my Rheumatologist referred me here!
Waited an hour for to get in to see the doc before I finally asked how much longer. Was told another 20 minutes... Couldn't tell me that when I checked in but I had to sign 2 forms stating if I ever miss or was late for an appointment I would be charged $25. I think you should pay me the $25!
If you are a person who does not ask questions you will get along just fine. UW is a better place for pain mangement
I believe this place gets right to the reason u r in pain, very friendly staff Dr is good at explaining things to u
