The staff there is remarkably compassionate and understanding. They do everything they can to help, from scheduling to procedures and pain control. The office it's always very clean, including the bathrooms. They're all very professional. I would highly recommend this Clinic to anyone who suffers from constant chronic pain
Dr. Patel has great bedside manners and comforts patients to make them feel at ease!
Waiting room is terrible when you consider you have to wait 2 hours for a patient. Cheapest, most uncomfortable chairs they could buy.
CANT ever talk to anyone on the phone always have to leave a message and wonder if they will ever get back to you! Dr. will ask you what you want him to prescribe! Shouldent it be the other way around?
I can't list ALL the bad and uncomfortable issues I experienced at Advanced Pain Management Appleton, WI. but the following is a brief summary (trust me this is not all of it): 1. Incorrect appointment times, I was given one time and apparently another time was entered into their system, then I was treated as if I was the one that made the mistake. (I had and still have the appointment slip I was given at the reception desk the day the follow up appointment was given and showed it to them so they knew I was there at the time... read more
Dr. Cook is excellent! She really knows what she is doing, and honestly cares about the patient. I can't imagine anyone else helping me like she has.
