I think Dr. Singh and his staff are very professional and friendly. They always greet me with a smile. There are so many different insurance coverage within one insurance company it is always best to contact your insurer because there is no way for the doctors office to know for sure unless they try and run it through. The receptionist could not answer any of my questions, she lost her insurance list ( had me on hold for 5-7 min. looking for it) so she did not even know if the doctor she works for takes my specific insurance. She still tried to make my appt ( bless her heart ), I declined for the sake of not wanting to waste my time.
