Daughter broke 🦶 and had surgery!! Tried to reschedule and they front lady very rude!! Felt like I was wasting there time!! Would not put me ,later or earlier!!!! Would have been next month,missed daughter surgery wish I wasn't broken
I was a patient there since Dr. Ky opened his practice in 2010. I thought the world of all of them- until Obama care hit MD's hard, which he tripled his patient (cal viva) intake. He has become detached, overwhelmed, and last march he gave me an out- of- the blue neck injection for my carpal tunnel- and going a mile a minute, stuck the steroid needle all the way through the Apex of my lung! I was really impressed with the text message notification I received to confirm my appointment and also the Thank You text on the day of my appointment...I am a busy person and the best way to reach me is via text!
