Had my initial appt and they exceeded my expectations. Front office was great and Leslie was amazing. Leslie took her time with me and it quickly became obvious that she genuinely cares about what's best for the patient. I could tell she actually went through my long medical history from my previous doc - I know that should be standard but we all know it's not. I left my previous doc feeling lost and disheartened. Wonderful service , Jose Loera treated me with care and answered my questions about the pain I was having .
I took my mother here for a follow up while switching locations. We were called to come in early and they ended up being over an hour late. We had to discuss my mother’s care in the hallway, violating all HIPPA laws. This office is unprofessional and their front staff is rude and inefficient.
