Dr Prashant A. Patel accepts payment from insurance companies through MedLogix to terminate the health care coverage for chronic pain patients. He misrepresents his "examination" of the patient and presents false information concerning the patient's medical history. He shows zero compassion in instructing the insurance company to terminate any further care for chronic pain treatment.
God thank you for give us doctor Patel. After 20 doctor he was the only one who fix my back pain. Most profesional and knowledge doctor ever seen in USA. 🙏
I received a call back with 30 minutes of leaving a message. Was able to make an appointment for 2 days later. I find Dr. Patel pleasant and caring. He has helped with my pain management immensely. His office staff are courteous and friendly.
Horrible experience. I left 5 messages over the course of a week . Never got a call back. When I finally got the receptionist on the phone she was rude and unprofessional. The doctor can not look you in the eye and has horrible bedside manner. Look elsewhere for a good doctor
I am always pleased with the level of care I receive from Dr. Patel. He is thorough, knowledgeable & a very skilled doctor. When I leave messages, calls are returned promptly. His front desk person is very helpful. I would highly recommend Dr. Patel.
