Was with them for over 7 years they feed me a bunch of opioids 180 30 mg tablets a month to be exact then changed me to dr Middleton as soon as the opioid problem started showing up on the news. They then took me off the meds leaving me in terrible pain and many sleepless nights. This company made hundreds of thousands of dollars getting me addicted to prescriptions then left me in more pain then I started with.
