I have been with Dr. Stauss since 2003. Dr. Stauss has done nothing but help me with my Low back pain associated with Failed back surgery syndrome. And since around 2015 I've needed Radio Frequency on my neck to avoid neck fusion from horrible spinal issues! I can't thank him or his amazing staff for everything they do!!! Great team of professionals working to help me and other people. Thank you again!!!!

I'm absolutely irritated that I haven't been able to schedule my 2 month appt for the past 2 months and now I'm out of my medication! Why do they screen calls and sent all calls to a voicemail system now??? I've been calling and leaving messages nearly every day the past 3 weeks and I still haven't heard anything from APM! This is utter bs and I'm about to request for a new referral to a different pain mgmt group.

Have left multiple (16)massages with Waukesha APM to call me, no return calls. Need medications also and had to go through my primary care because Sheboygan clinic closed after filing bankruptcy. I then moved to Mukwanago. Waukesha clinic who is closest to me does not return calls I see. Have no idea who to go to since only half my procedures were done still waiting on other half. So irritated
