I waited more than two hours and I made my appointment 4months ago .I was told I need to wait another at least hour and half or more .I wanted another day appointment and they were going to give me two months out again !Very unprofessional .Not even worth one star .

No one prepares for your appointment or reads the paper work. They make you show up a half an hour early to fill out 10 minutes of paperwork and then the doctor won't see you for at least an hour or two. Once he does see you he looks at his computer the whole time and barely pays attention to you and I complained about making me wait for two hours when the whole point of an appointment so we can meet at the same time. Worst doctor and office ever

I arrived 15 minutes early as requested. While waiting to be seen, I filled out pages and pages of medical questions and signed multiple pages with my signature. That took at least 10 minutes to do. Meanwhile the doctor walked through the waiting room twice while talking on his cell phone. After 45 minutes, I asked the receptionist if Dr. Gupta was always this behind schedule and asked when I’d be seen. Dr pretends to care but the only thing he cares about is money from people. I had an appointment, waited close to an hr. I saw the dr for 5 mins. Scheduled me for another appoint, waited a month. On my second appointment he “reviews” my records, then he says “ your pain is not that bad” I’ll refer you to get a procedure. He never asked if needed medication to manage the pain or even asks about my pain level. Paid two copayments for nothing. In pain for two months and nothing.
