I don't know if it's the same at all locations, but at the Anschutz Medical Center, you are not only billed by UCHealth, but by CU Medicine as well, which is ridiculous. You shouldn't have to pay twice just because you came in the building. On top of that, they lie when they say you are on a payment plan. Was told several times that all of my visits from 2019 were on a payment plan, yet they have gone to collections 3 TIMES! Was able to have it pulled twice, but now they are saying only two visits are on a payment plan and t... read more

The ER was horrible. The nurse supposedly said I was better which I was feeling worse, they said I could her water never game me any and I’m diabetic. The doctor (Lynn Borchers) put in my notes I said she was lying which wasn’t the case I showed her the previous imaging on my phone to show it was there and then she put in my file I was calling her a liar. They defiantly don’t want you to feel better. Kicker is I didn’t Have a headache before. First off when I got there she claimed she new me and she saw me a lot. I’ve been t... read more

We were met at the door by a very cheerful but professional lady. Within a few minutes we were ushered into an exam room by a very nice gentleman and having made a preliminary exam, Dr. Sandhur came into the room. We discussed my issue and shortly thereafter a lovely lady came into the room and administered the medication and we waited about a half hour to see if there were any adverse effects and having none, we were on our way. This is the second time I have been to the Center and both were very good experiences.

I’m now past 72 hours and still waiting for Covid results. Sick as can be and need answers so I guess I’ll go get a test somewhere else.
