I recently had rotator cuff surgery performed by Dr. Atkinson and am very satisfied with the result, as well as the kindness and expertise displayed by the entire staff. I recommend them highly!
I highly recommend Dr. Atkinson and his team. Dr. Atkinson did a wonderful job on my rotator cuff surgery. He is a very skilled orthopedist and surgeon and I have complete trust in him. His physical therapy staff have been extremely helpful in my recovery and I actually look forward to each visit. The entire staff are all very friendly, professional, compassionate and helpful.
Due to an injury, I had a complete tear of my rotator cuff. My physical therapist strongly recommended that I schedule with Dr. Atkinson. His practice is extremely efficient, I had a consult, pre-op and surgery in less than 3 weeks from my initial call. That was a blessing considering the level of pain I was experiencing. I went to Dr. Atkinson at a recommendation of a friend, who also happens to be a doctor of PT. I was experiencing shoulder pain after activity, so I wanted to had it checked. Dr. Atkinson first advised I try PT, which I did for 8 weeks without any improvement. After Dr. Atkinson ordered an MRI, we sat down and discussed my options. 1. Do nothing and live with the pain. 2.
