Beyond my expectations. Dr. Friedman is an amazing guy. He keeps my 58 year old back in shape and has enabled me to keep active, playing basketball and tennis. Here's my story: I herniated a disc in my back over a year ago. I did physical therapy, water therapy, cortisone shots. I got about 75% better. Then I tried Dr. Friedman. I was skeptical about chiropractic care. After a few sessions, I was hooked. I got back to 100%. Now I go every two weeks for an adjustment. I'm in better shape now than I was 25 years ago.
Personable and HELPFUL I have never been to a facility like AOPT. The staff and doctors make you feel like they have known you for years! This is my first go round with a work injury so I had a TON of questions. Not once did anyone there make me feel as if I was a bother. They take the time to explain everything and made sure I understood. The doctors make sure I am comfortable and talk to me about my progress. I always look forward to my visits!!
Aquatic Therapy The pool is at 92 degrees! They worked with me one on one I like that! the water massage is Awesome! (Edited November 10, 2015)
