I've had knee problems for years. Went in and had a few consultations with Dr Cook. Anyway, long story - short, I got a few injections from the doctor and now my knees don't hurt.

As we sit almost two hours after the time we wete told to be here we still wait. Following their directions to go first for xrays and being told the imaging center had the script, they did not. Incompetence from the start. They clearly think their time is more valuable than their patients. When asked for an update the extremely unprofessional receptionist tried to offer a failed explanation. Poor checking in staff nasty and rude re co pay Staff yelled my I for so loud whole lobby can hear un professional
They are extremely inconsiderate of their patients regarding wait times. This is not the first time we have waited in excess of 45 minutes past our scheduled time. Today we are now an hour plus after our scheduled time and still waiting to be called by a nurse…and then we will still have to wait for the doctor. VERY INCONSIDERATE.
