One doctor was extremely rude, said ligament was torn, didn’t really answer any questions or concerns. We asked to see someone else, we did. Next doctor was attentive answered questions and concerns but said it was a sprain. When we came back for follow up we waited for over 1/2 an hour ended up leaving without seeing doctor. Front desk that previously had been helpful was full of attitude that day. Not very good problem solving. I would avoid. Not consistent services or staff.

Dr. Kincaid was awesome he took a giant splinter out of my hand within an hour of me getting there with no pain or discomfort.
Great staff! Dr. Hoehmann was wonderful, he was patient and explained step by step on the treatment that he suggested. I was also given a detailed printout of exercises to aid in my recovery. I would highly recommend this office if you are looking for a professional and caring staff.
The two workers behind the desk were extremely unprofessional and took a simple issue regarding a change in insurance and turned into a stressful fiasco for a disabled patient. They acted out everything that is wrong with healthcare workers today:unaccountable, arrogant and unwilling to help.
