My son had the worst experience seeing Dr. Dana Berns on April 2, 2026. She was very unprofessional and unpleasant. During the visit she told my son that he wasted her time. Is that how you communicate professionally to patients? How she treated him was uncalled for and unnecessary. As a professional this is unacceptable! He was there to obtain a second opinion. My mom currently goes here for a fractured femur and broken knee. I was surprised as how fast it was for her to get her an MRI done. From the time we showed up to the time we walked out the door was less than an hour. Dr. Danielsky came in and explained what he saw in the MRI images that day. Staff even went out of their way to call the transportation ride for my mom 15 minutes before the appointment was over so she didn't have to wait in the lobby all day. Foot is far worse off after botched hammer toe surgery. No remedy offered that did any good. Last time in I was given an ultimatum of pay up or no appointment. I left.
Love this place Dr. Danielsky has been my provider for years.
