Without a doubt this is the most professional establishment I have ever been to, Dr Snyder and his staff are amazing they automatically make you and your family feel like part of their family. I was having severe shoulder pain after a fall and even though Dr. Bill Snyder was preparing to go out of town and had no one else scheduled on a Saturday morning for surgery he still was more than happy to get his staff together to accommodate me and relieve me from my pain. I thank you for putting your patients first.
My mom has been going to therapy here for about 2 months for her shoulder and last week she had shoulder surgery here. She has never had to wait more than 2 minutes to be called in for therapy. Not an exaggeration. If her appointment is at 2 p.m., they're calling her in by 2:01. The staff is wonderful and so friendly. They have a lounge for the families as they wait for their family members to get out of surgery. Dr. Bill will make you feel like you're supposed to. He fixed my heel and ankle and fixed my wife's shoulder. We're lucky to have The Man in the Valley.
My wife had a bone spur removed by these spectacular people. She swears by them.
