Doctor Anderson is great.
The receptionist was rude for both visits. She had an attitude and needs a refresher on customer service. Even if your not having a good day don’t be rude to customers. They threw away my sons cast and didn’t even ask if we wanted it. We asked for it and they said they threw it away already. They didn’t fill out my FMLA paperwork that I faxed and said I needed to fill out a form before they can fill it out but wasn’t informed when I had asked if I was able to fax it for them to fill it out the week before. Dr are very kind and listened to you and do all the best to help whit your concerns same are the nurses dr child’s is very professional I’ll been whit diferents doctors and he is the best !!!
