I have had two surgeries, hip with Dr Yakin and total knee with Dr Arnold. Both experiences went very well. I did physical therapy after each of these procedures. PT staff are excellent. They push enough to get good results and will not push past your own comfort level. They do not want you hurting yourself. Aaron and Alison were great. They were caring and fun to work with. This review is for people who need surgery as a result of a car accident that was not their fault. Dont go here. Hospital policy states that they will not allow you to use your own insurance and force you to pay out of pocket. That being said, they did a great job, and the lack of stars is about the policy, nothing else.
Dr Arnold and his entire staff are so amazing! I recently had my both of my knees replaced. I just can`t thank them enough for the professionalism and compassion that him and the staff showed me and my family. Highly recommend them! Thank you all so much!
