Have to agree with others that the office staff are friendly and the team appears caring and knowledgeable but they do not manage their calendar well. More often than not we have to wait well past our appointment time, often in the half-hour range. In the past they have canceled our appointment last-minute and then made us wait a month to get back in, extending the time my children have to wear this uncomfortable gear. They either need to improve operations or take on fewer patients for the staff they have.

Fantastic experience. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They even bake cookies for patients. That is such a cool and unique touch.
Very friendly orthodontist. Very knowledgeable, but when you constantly have to wait for 30 minutes past your appointment time to be seen, it’s not worth it. There are other orthodontist offices in Madison. If you value your time, go to those instead.
