Best Optometrists in Conejo – Staff is wonderful, doctors very easy to work with. They understood want I wanted and needed. Great selection of frames. Clean high tech enviroment. Accecepted my insurance. I would reccomend these people and office.
Not Fun – The Dr. gave a good eye exam. That's the end of the good news. Though my insurance was paying for the exam, the tech slipped in an additional test not covered and quickly pocketed a cool $100+. I was not told about it until after I got the bill. The kicker is when my insurance co. asked them about it, the employee said it was all explained to me in advance. False! Very Happy Patient – New glasses, see well, within my budget. New office looks great. More room, lots of glasses styles to choose from. The glasses only took two days to fabricate. Wow, very fast and the lenses sparkle. I already have my appointment for next year.
Great doc, Great staff – I was referred to this office from a friend and was very impressed. The doctor did a great exam, I found cool glasses, with the help of a very nice staff member. I would recomend this office and doctor.
Best optometrist in Westlake Village – The doctor was great The staff was great. They had a great selection of eyeglasses and sunglasses. They were easy to work with. They had hi-tech office. I highly recommend them.
High pressure – I made it clear when I went in that I would not be buying glasses above and beyond what my insurance covered and that I would be buying glasses online because I am a stay at home mom with a 2 year old and a 1 month old and I need to do the most cost effective solution. I was told by one assistant that there were frames that were covered by my insurance, then when I sat down for my consultation the cheapest frames were $25 more than what my insurance covered.
