excellent care
The staff are great. The text check-in function is annoying at best, difficult to use.
My experience at Refocus was excellent. Dr Hall, the nurse and office staff were pleasant and professional. My only complaint would relate to the digital pre check-in. I found it difficult to complete and very frustrating. Hopefully this will be corrected.
