Refocus is Remarkable. The Cheshire, Hamden and Meriden offices worked together to assist me for the past 6 months to turn a sudden health matter into a solved concern. I found the staff at every office to be very pleasant, confident (Dr. Ryan!) and all of my appointments were on time. Pain is gone. Highly recommend.
After finding out I had cataracts, I went to my Primary Care Physician and was given a referral to Dr. Laura Hall, Cataract Surgeon at the Refocus Eye Health facility. It was easy to find, on the very first floor, and had a clean spacious waiting area. I was promptly taken care of by the nice receptionist,; asked to fill out paper work and then taken to exam room by a very pleasant technician who was very efficient and patient considering I asked her to repeat herself quite often ( due to hearing issues).
