I am so happy to share my experience. These people, staff, and doctors are amazing. I had such a great experience, and I can see so much better. Doctor Yoon, and his nurses, are amazing, and a scheduler named Jill, is also awesome. If You need to have something done with your eyes, These are the people to come and see, kind, caring, and friendly. I highly recommend these professionals!!! Signed one happy patient 😊
Don't waste your time the doctor doesn't care or have time for you.
After not being greeted upon entry, and having to deal with dissatisfied office gal, Waiting now 45 minutes. Having difficulty with patience and irritability.
Called to get an appointment and the lady Rachel is very rude, she talks over people and her poor choice of words ( well I don't know what to tell you that's how our office works) I'll just go somewhere else.
