Loved how friendly and helpful the staff were, great experience with awesome people. Very quick with hardly any wait time. Would definitely recommend Advanced Open Imaging.

For never having had a MRI or knowing what to expect, from start to finish it was a pleasant experience. The staff was amazing and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend using advanced open imaging for every MRI need.
The staff was professional, friendly, courteous, and were more than willing to answer questions about the open MRI process. The process was a lot less stressful, than the tube and actually comfortable. Being from out of town, it can be difficult to fine any place in the Boise area,but the Advanced Open Imaging was easy to find.
5.0 /5 This is an amazing facility to have an MRI if you are severely claustrophobic. They made it easy and trauma free! I would recommend anyone to come here. The staff is amazing, understanding, professional, kind and patient! I have nothing negative to say!
A very pleasant experience for a clostraphobic like me. The staff is exceptionally friendly.
Of course, staff is friendly, but I work out of town and they went out of their way to get me in on my schedule. They are professional, efficient and the PA that attended to me is really knowledgeable. Fun and easy to communicate with, they take the stress out of seeing the doctor.
