The team that installed my split-system (Arkan and his group of 3) were really good. They arrived right on time, were friendly and did the job in an expedient manner. They even moved my bed out, vacuumed and moved the bed back. I was really happy with the work and, even more importantly, with the team who did the work. Thank you. :)
Here in Melbourne, I had an excellent experience with this company. I purchased split system from Harvey. The reason this company is good is that it makes the installation process hassle free. Rather than dealing directly with an independent installer, having them as an intermediary gives confidence and reassurance. Not that independent is necessarily bad, it’s just that sometimes they may need a little assistance with scheduling, guidance, following up, and electrical receipts.
