Update: This issues have now been rectified after I engaged the Harvey Norman corporate. The review is as at 28 May 2025. Advanced One is a contractor of Harvey Norman to install my new Mitsubishi split AC unit. I've raised my concern with Advanced One on 22 May 2025 about the installation technician's - Sam unsatisfactory workmanship. It has been one week, with no satisfactory response. Key issues: 1.
