Dr. Hochberger and his team were so kind with my “adopted” grandma and I when we came in for memory testing. Grateful for what they do!
Dr Hochberger did my testing for a brain injury. He was thoroughly compassionate, patient, knowledgeable and made extremely helpful recommendations afterward. His help has been invaluable in my recovery and healing. Dr Eastvold did the testing for my father's dementia. She was also very patient with him (88 years old), knowledgeable about cognitive decline/dementia and what he was facing, and was able to explain everything so it made sense to us. I (and family) highly recommend both!
Horrible management. I called 4 times over the course of a week and left 4 voicemails trying to confirm my appointment time and date. They finally responded on the 8th day but only after I left a one-star Google review. I asked them to explain the communication delay and they were flippant and denied hearing any of my voicemails. -Please note business hours are: Monday to Friday 8:30 am- 5:00 pm -Front Office hours Monday-Friday 9:00 am-4:00 pm I started to work with this team this week and can attest to the impressive level of professionalism, objectivity, and care for their patients and staff. I am proud to be part of this group and lucky to have found the perfect job. I personally would use their services for my family and will (with no hesitation) recommend my family and friends who need professional guidance and a real plan to treatment.
