My experience has not been positive. The billing department waited over six months to file the claim. The billing department has never answered the phone when I call and I sent timely payments and correspondence and have received a final notice. I am having to resort to filing a claim with the Attorney General's office and this is something I have never done before. ***The company contacted me and went above and beyond to help resolve my concerns.

Update: The office Manager called me and is working to handle everything for me, and rescheduled me for a new appointment, thank you for being professional, respectfully and honest about your mistakes. You do not find that very often. I had a referral for an EMG, I went to them to get it done , well I went back and talked to the technician for the reason I was there and instead of stopping the EEG she didn't question why I would be there for a test I didn't need, $1039. I had a referral for an EMG, I went to them to get it done , well I went back and talked to the technician for the reason I was there and instead of stopping the EEG she didn't question why I would be there for a test I didn't need, $1039. I asked her why would they give me a test on my head if it was my hands that were hurting she said I don't know, they should have scheduled you a EMG, THEY DID, the referral lady sent wrong test but once I told her my story it should have been questioned , Period.
Stacy called to confirm my appointment tomorrow. She was happy, fun to talk to, and joked around while still getting to the point. I prefer this type of attitude over the robotic call!
