On June 27, 2026 at 2pm my husband hit his head at a new indoor playplace and was instantly paralyzed. This ambulance service was called through 911 for transport. Thankfully, they did arrive very fast. Within just minutes. They did stabilize my husband's neck right away preventing further injury. Unfortunately, they were not very good about listening when he was explaining his symptoms and what had happened. This is the worst company!!! don't ever use them they take an hour and a half to pick you up they lie to you left and right. They do not do what they are suppose to do. We will never use them ever again, this is not a reliable company, if I could I would give him no stars. They hang up on me they are just the worse!!!

AMT provided excellent care during my interfacility transport. The ambulance was spotless, including all equipment and securing straps. The two staff members were professional and attentive, taking the time to ensure I was properly positioned and comfortable, with a well-controlled temperature throughout the ride. They had clearly reviewed my medical history from the prior six hours in the ER and maintained close monitoring of my vitals the entire time. I unfortunately have needed AMT's services many times and with one exception have had no issues. The paramedics are kind and try to make the experience as comfortable as possible, and I've never had any billing issues. I'm sorry other people have had bad experiences, but they really are nice people
