They took their gloves off & threw them in my yard the other night while they were here checking on my daughter who has heart problems. They also were late picking up my son in law back in October & he was deceased when they got there 19 minutes after the call was received!
My ride time here was amazing. Jennifer was amazing to me and very informative. I’m Considering working here now.
You guys need to do better.... stop treating people like they are inconvenient for calling you. Also texting and driving is illegal... you might want to inform your staff. Get a different job if you're just there for the paycheck.
They transported my grandfather last month and refuse to give us an invoice for insurance reimbursement and estate accounting. Total scam. literally use anyone else. Uber and Lyft would’ve been better options. 0/10 would not recommend
