The staff at AMI surgery center were all so comforting and did an amazing job! I appreciate how great they were. Clean facility, amazing nurses and anesthesiology! They never made me uncomfortable and made sure to give me 100% care. Thanks to the team at AMI!
Awful billing. Had a payment plan going for two years, reconfirmed last month with AMI billing office. Suddenly their debt collector strongarms me into steepening my payment plan by threatening to send to collections. Apparently due to some policy, even though it somehow contradicts the monthly payments I've made since 2022. Go harass people who AREN'T paying their bills
Simply, the staff was incredible from the front desk to the nursing staff to the doctor performing the procedure. Comfort and peace was their absolute priority, all questions were answered. I couldn't have asked for a better experience given the circumstances. Kudos to their staff!!!
