This facility does not have a Hoyer lift to accommodate patients who are unable to transfer to the MRI table. The Americans with Disabiities Act was signed into law 35 years ago- there is no excuse for noncompliance with this federal law. Having staff lift people is dangerous for both patients and staff.
Jeremy & Shanna were GR8, scheduled me in 2 days, helped me well beyond their job description! An EXCELLENT team, an EXCELLENT experience.
